Obviously if it was a cash client you'd accept them but your obviously a scumbag DMD. You schedule people with Medicare for only the last day of the week as if people with that type of coverage are garbage to you. But it's fine people will continue to have issues and you will continue to be exposed... Your receptionist need better training as well. First it's 2 days in advance and then when the first receptionist has no idea what's she's talking about she has another come on and claim there was an advance notice of 1 day ago...
You and your office has no discipline or care for patients... You are not equal with your care towards patients.... You have lost my family and the clients I have recommended to you you as customer's.....
