On March 7th my girlfriend took her car in to Cole Muffler for an oil change. The next day we were going to her car after work and noticed the entire patch of ground underneath her car was covered in oil. We called Cole Muffler to state the issue and they told me they forgot to put the cap on correctly. They then made us drive it there continuing the stretch with no oil in the car. In right practice I'd assume they should come tow it since they did their work incorrectly. They supposedly filled it back up with oil and put the cap back on correctly. About two weeks later the car started smoking so bad it was undrivable. We brought it in and they told me the turbo blew. The manager Steve didn't want to take any fault even though his employees agree'd that their job done wrong could have gradually caused this issue. The least they could have done was give me the $500 back for the oil change that totalled our car. If I could give zero stars I would.
